Franklin Street in Annapolis, Maryland, just off Church Circle (
between the Circuit Court and the Bannekker-Douglass Museum.)
Office hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM,
Monday through Friday. One-day license applications are processed
between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM, while you wait.
